Rosette Blooms

I made these Rosette Blooms with card stock paper with Martha Stewart's Scoring Board. I also used a Martha Stewart double looping paper punch. I included embellishments in the middle of the Rosette for a more flashing effect. These can be used on cards and they also can be made in different sizes for different projects. These are about 2.25 inches.
