Rolo Snicker Doodles

Perfect Snickerdoodle recipe you will need to make for Rolo Snickerdoodles.
Makes 32 cookies
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla with a hand mixer until creamy.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, salt, and baking soda. Slowly add dry ingredients to butter mixture until a soft dough forms. Shape dough into 2 inch balls.
In a small bowl, combine remaining sugar and cinnamon. Press balls into cinnamon sugar and flatten slightly.
Arrange on baking sheet and baking for only 12-14 minutes. The cookies may seem undercooked, but do not bake longer. Once cooled thoroughly, they will form into a perfect consistency.
ROLO SNICKERDOODLES:
1 batch store-bought or homemade perfect snickerdoodles
32 Rolo candies
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Flatten 1 tablespoon dough and wrap around Rolo candy. Roll into ball and set on cookie sheet.
Bake for 14 minutes.
